    Benefit                             Description







Full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation each pay period.  The total accrual per year is based on the employee's length of service.  Employees with less than five (5) years of service will accrue 80 hours per year.  Employees with 5+ years of service will accrue 104 hours per year.  Employees with 10+ years of service accrue 120 hours per year.  Incumbent Employees will transition with current contract seniority for accrual purposes.  Seniority Leave accruals may be greater than those stated.  Leave is accrued per pay period.


Sick Leave   



Full-time employees are eligible for 40 hours paid sick leave, with per pay period accruals and a total carryover of 40 hours per year.





 Paid Federal Holidays.






Up to three (3) days of bereavement leave will be granted to employees scheduled to work the day(s) immediately following the death of his/her spouse, child, or parent in order to arrange and/or attend the funeral.





Medical Insurance is available on the first day of the month following date of hire for full-time employees.





Dental Insurance is available on the first day of the month following date of hire for full-time employees.


Life Insurance



Life Insurance of up to $50,000 is offered through our insurance provider.  Employees have the option to buy additional insurance through this program.


Long/Short Disabiilty Insurance




Full-time employees are eligible for company paid  short and long term disability insurance through our provider.  The disability insurance covers up to 60% of an employee’s basic monthly earnings.


401(k) Plan




Full-time employees may participate in the Company Sponsored “American Funds” 401(k) plan and are vested immediately. Employer match is 50% of the first 6% of eligible salary.  The plan is managed through a third party administrator.


Employee Referral Program




Employees may be paid for each successful candidate referral. Amounts typically range from $250 to $1,000 and can be as high as $2,000.


Bonus & Recognition Program




Dycon offers “On-the-Spot” and Employee Sustained Performance Bonus Programs.  Nominated employees are eligible to receive gift cards, gift baskets, vacation leave, and/or cash incentives offers spot bonuses and annual performance bonuses as appropriate.

Through Ceridian, our payroll servicer, Dycon is able to offer an Employee Assistance Program that provides employees with valuable work-life balance resources.
